Security & Trust

How we approach security and trust

This page describes the company-level approach of Diversified SaaS, Inc. Security details specific to an individual product are published by that product.

Security as a practice

Security is treated as ongoing engineering work: reviewing changes, keeping dependencies current, and limiting what any part of a system can reach.

Privacy

Customer information is handled for the purposes it was provided for. Each product publishes its own privacy documentation covering the data it processes.

Responsible software development

Changes are reviewed before release, and functionality that affects customer data is approached deliberately rather than shipped quickly.

Data protection

Products are built to protect data in transit and at rest using established, widely supported mechanisms appropriate to the product.

Access controls

Access to systems and customer data is limited to those who need it for their role, and is removed when it is no longer needed.

Reliability

Products are built for dependable day-to-day operation, with monitoring and recovery practices appropriate to what each product does.

Transparency

When something affects customers, the intent is to communicate clearly rather than quietly. Product-level notices are published by the relevant product.

Certifications and audits

Diversified SaaS, Inc. does not claim certifications or audit results it has not completed. Where a product holds or pursues a specific attestation, that information is published by that product on its own website. This page will be updated if company-level certifications are obtained.

Product security resources

Security requirements and disclosures specific to a product are maintained on that product's website.

Reporting a security concern
